Role Overview
The Sales Executive will manage client interactions, promote real estate projects, conduct site visits, and drive conversions. The role requires strong communication skills, consistent follow-ups, market understanding, and the ability to close deals efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage and convince prospective clients by understanding their requirements.
- Promote project offerings through structured outreach and marketing activities.
- Share new property listings with clients from the database and manage lead follow-ups.
- Conduct site visits and live demonstrations to explain project features and benefits.
- Manage property showings and guide clients through the buying process.
- Assist clients with pricing, documentation, market conditions, and legal guidelines.
- Maintain updated property listings and remain aware of local market trends.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience in sales; real estate experience preferred.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to understand client needs and present relevant solutions.Good follow-up discipline and client-handling ability.Basic understanding of CRM tools and sales processes.Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business / Marketing or related field).Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.What We Expect
