Key Responsibilities :
- Achieve sales targets to support the company's goal of 40% growth compared to the previous year.
- Drive institutional sales and manage key customer accounts.
- Conduct a minimum of 15 customer visits per day.
- Identify and onboard new dealers and distributors to strengthen market presence.
- Manage and expand business in assigned territories through effective sales strategies.
- Be prepared for up to 15 days of outstation travel per month.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
