Network Infra Support - 24 / 7

Voice Infrastructure

• Administer and maintain Avaya IP Office / Aura / CM / Session Manager platforms .
• Configure and troubleshoot DID numbers, SIP trunks, call routing, voicemail, hunt groups, and user profiles.
• Coordinate with telecom vendors for provisioning and activation.
• Monitor voice quality and resolve call-related issues.

Network Infrastructure

• Configure and manage Layer 2 / 3 switches and routers ( Cisco Catalyst )
• Implement and troubleshoot VLANs, STP, EtherChannel, OSPF, BGP, and static routing.
• Perform network performance monitoring and diagnostics.
• Support network segmentation and access control policies.

Security & Firewall (Fortinet)

• Administer FortiGate firewalls including policy creation, NAT, VPN (IPSec / SSL), and web filtering.
• Monitor and optimize deep inspection, certificate deployment, and threat protection.
• Assist in managing FortiClient EMS.
• Perform regular firewall audits and rule reviews.
