Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Create compelling 3D visualizations for real estate projects (interiors & exteriors)

Apply lighting, rendering, texturing, and detailing to produce photorealistic visuals

Add lighting effects that enhance atmosphere, depth, and realism in different environments and times of day

Continuously explore new tools, workflows, and techniques in 3D visualization

Stay updated with the latest industry tools and visualization techniques

Deliver creative outputs within deadlines

Ability to create detailed and accurate 3D models

Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines

Qualifications

Any qualification degree or diploma

3D Animation, Graphic Design, or related field courses

Proven experience with 3ds Max, AutoCAD, V-Ray, Corona Renderer

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere, After Effects

Strong understanding of lighting, color, contrast, and detail

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Ability to balance creativity with technical accuracy

Knowledge of architectural terminology and products is a must

Familiarity with architectural terminology and design standards
