Job descriptionProven experience using Canva and Adobe Photoshop (portfolio required). Strong design skills with a creative and innovative mindset. Ability to work independently and manage multiple design tasks with tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to work. A good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design principles. Experience with other design tools (Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) will be a plus. Must have a keen eye for detail and consistency in design. Willingness to work ES timings (6 : 30 PM to 3 : 30 AM IST). Competitive salary with the potential for growth. Quarterly performance appraisals and incentives based on performance. Opportunity to work in a dynamic and creative team. Flexible work environment (remote work possible). Key Responsibilities :
- Design and create visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various digital and print mediums using Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
- Work on branding materials, social media posts, website graphics, flyers, brochures, and other marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create designs aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Make revisions and updates to designs as required by stakeholders.
- Ensure all design deliverables are of the highest quality, with attention to detail and deadlines.
- Stay updated on the latest design trends and tools to enhance the quality and creativity of work.
