Job Descriptions :
1. Manage the full order-to-delivery cycle for key accounts.
2. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time, in-full (OTIF) delivery.
3. Handle customer communication, delivery issues, and performance reporting.
4. Support continuous improvement in delivery operations and customer satisfaction.
5. Be responsible for end-to-end delivery management and client interface across North America, Europe, and India.
Requirements :
1. Bachelor's degree or above; preferred majors : Supply Chain, Communications, Electronics.
2. Fluent in English with strong cross-cultural communication skills.
3. 5+ years in electronics supply chain; 3+ years in key account delivery preferred.
4. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
5. Eletronic data processing tool and MS. Office experience preferred.
