We’re seeking an experienced SAM Tech SME to lead and manage Software Asset Management (SAM) implementations, primarily on ServiceNow SAM Pro , and occasionally on Flexera .

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end implementation and customization of ServiceNow SAM Pro, ensuring alignment with business and IT objectives.
• Configure ServiceNow Discovery for key publishers (e.g., Oracle GLAS, VMware) and other critical infrastructure components.
• Set up integrations with SCCM, Jamf, ILMT, and SAP for comprehensive SAM data collection.
• Configure SaaS integrations (e.g., Microsoft 365, Adobe, Salesforce) to enhance software asset visibility and governance.
• Implement cloud cost management for Azure and Google Cloud , optimizing spend and utilization.
• Perform ServiceNow administrative tasks , including plugin enablement, update set management, and service catalog configuration.
• Apply knowledge of CMDB and CSDM frameworks for effective configuration management.
• Handle entitlement loads, model normalization, and reconciliation within SAM Pro.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of licensing for at least one major software publisher.
