Designation : Relationship Manager - Real Estate(Wholesale lending)

Location : Bangalore / Hyderabad / Chennai

Experience : 6-8 years

Education : CA / MBA

Role & Responsibilities :

• The RM will be in charge of starting transactions, creating financing options for customers, and creating analytical models for investors and credit underwriters.
• Exploring options for financing, restructuring, settlement, and advising mandates with promoters, CFOs, and CXOs.
• Scoping and searching the market for the origination of real estate transactions from both the primary and secondary (existing lender / investor) markets, including standard asset classes, high yield deals, special scenario deals, and lease rental discounting transactions.
• To assess the real estate asset category as a whole, comprehension abilities are required.
• Constant interaction with coverage teams, investors, agencies, and internal relationships
• Formulating suitable credit solutions and creating pitches with funding options
• Creating IM and analytical materials, including as cash flow models and information dockets, for both external investors and internal do-ability assessments.
