Role and Responsibilities :

As a Senior Architect at Aldecor, you will play a pivotal role in leading our design team to deliver outstanding office interior design and build projects. Your creativity, technical expertise, and leadership skills will be essential in driving projects from concept to execution.

1. Team Leadership and Mentorship :

• Lead and manage a team of 5-6 design professionals, providing clear direction, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Allocate responsibilities and oversee team members' progress, ensuring tasks are executed effectively and within established timelines.
• Conduct regular design reviews, providing constructive feedback to enhance design quality and team performance.
