Your Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment with a focus on direct sourcing.
• Ensure recruitment activities align with account KPIs and compliance standards.
• Act as a Talent Advisor by sharing market insights and recruitment trends with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with client processes and recruitment legislation.
• Guide and support Candidate Relationship Specialists and Recruitment Administrators.
• Forecast hiring needs through analysis of recruitment activity.
• Coach candidates through selection stages and provide timely, constructive feedback.
• Help build and manage pre-qualified talent pools using market insights.
