Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Mentor / Counselor located in Bengaluru. The role involves mentoring and counseling students to guide their academic choices and career paths, conducting training sessions, and supporting educational development. Additional responsibilities include evaluating students' performance, providing constructive feedback, and fostering engagement in academic activities.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
• Knowledge or expertise in Mathematics and Education
• Experience in Training, mentoring, or coaching students
• Ability to adapt to students with diverse needs and learning styles
• Organizational skills with an aptitude for multitasking
• Experience in student counseling or academic guidance is an advantage
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
