Finance - Assistant Manager

We are seeking a tech-savvy, AI-driven Assistant Manager – Finance to lead digital-first finance operations, cost control, and compliance in a global manufacturing environment at our Hyderabad facility. As a key member of our Finance & Operations team, you will be responsible for financial planning, accounting, and procurement, while driving digital transformation and automation initiatives.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and automate MIS dashboards, management reports, and AI-enabled variance analyses
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization for reagent and instrument divisions.
• Implement data-driven insights using advanced Excel, Power BI, and AI-assisted tools for reporting accuracy
• Manage general ledger, reconciliations, and month / quarter closings with precision
• Ensure adherence to SEZ rules, GST, TDS, Companies Act, and international financial standards
• Drive ERP / SAP Finance and SCM module implementations for efficiency and transparency
• Leverage AI-based automation for reconciliation, reporting, and spend analytics
• Manage global procurement and vendor finance, ensuring cost, quality, and timely delivery
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, R&D, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams to align fiscal strategies with business objectives
