About the Role :
The Asst. Manager Finance & Accounts will be responsible for overseeing various accounting routines, internal audits, and ensuring statutory compliance within the finance Audit of Expenses
- Review and audit conveyance bills submitted by employees.
- Verify and process employee reimbursement claims.
- Audit travel expense bills of employees with proper documentation and Compliances
- Ensure timely monthly filing of GSTR for the Hyderabad region.
- Assist in the audit of GST returns for all regions of the company.
- Verify TCS and TDS deductions for all transactions in the Hyderabad Responsibilities
- Perform vendor account reconciliations periodically.
- Follow up on collections of project invoices to support timely cash inflow.
- Conduct material reconciliation for projects in coordination with relevant departments.
- Verify and process bank payments (RTGS, PDCs) ensuring accuracy and Bachelors degree in commerce / accounting / finance (M.Com / MBA Finance preferred).
Prior experience in project billing and vendor management will be an added Skills
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance (GST, TDS, TCS).Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting / ERP software.Attention to detail with strong analytical and reconciliation skills.Ability to prioritize tasks and work with deadlines.Good communication and coordination skills for cross-functional interaction.(ref : iimjobs.com)
