Tasks

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands grievances or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development engagement motivation and preservation of human capital.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR roles preferably within the education or training sector.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
