About the role :

As a Lead UX Designer in Fulfillment, you'll be part of the Fulfillment UX Design team, responsible for designing user experiences for our customers and a wide range of users of Fulfillment software.

Key responsibilities include :

• Conducting UX research and strategy to solve complex problems
• Designing user-centric solutions with product managers and developers
• Leveraging human-centered design principles to create smooth, intuitive digital experiences
• Collaborating with peers to drive cross-functional alignment and innovation
