Sourcing & QC Manager

What you’ll handle

• Vendor sourcing & negotiation : identify reliable 92.5 silver manufacturers, compare MOQs, lead times, and plating / finishing quality, lock rates and SLAs.
• Production coordination : convert designs / CAD to POs, track WIP, follow up on timelines, ensure correct weights, sizes, and stone specs.
• Quality control (incoming & pre-dispatch) : verify 925 stamp / hallmark docs, finish, solder joints, prongs / stone settings, polish, plating thickness, clasps / locks, and chain strength.
• Defect management : maintain rejection logs, run root-cause with vendors, enforce rework / credit notes.
• Compliance & documentation : coordinate BIS / hallmarking center paperwork; keep spec sheets, COAs, and batch photos organized.
• Costing & margins : track landed cost vs target margin; flag variances early.
• Packaging handoff : ensure each SKU passes QC checklist before it’s cleared for photography / dispatch.
