We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our clients across the United States. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified technical candidates while building strong relationships with candidates, vendors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle full-cycle recruitment : sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, negotiating rates / salary, and closing candidates.
- Source candidates through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed), and internal databases .
- Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 recruitment models.
- Evaluate candidates’ technical skills and experience to ensure a strong match with client requirements.
- Manage submissions, interview coordination , and follow-ups with candidates and clients.
- Maintain and grow a strong vendor and candidate pipeline .
- Stay updated on US hiring trends, immigration statuses (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT), and compliance requirements.
- Achieve daily / weekly targets for submissions, interviews, and closures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1–5+ years of experience as a US IT Recruiter (agency or corporate).Strong understanding of US tax terms : W2, C2C, 1099.Knowledge of IT technologies (Java, .NET, DevOps, Cloud, QA, Data Engineering, etc.).Experience working with US time zones .Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Proven track record of high-quality submissions and closures .Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
