Job description
  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes to ensure timely sourcing of goods and services.
  • Conduct vendor negotiations to secure competitive pricing, quality products, and favorable terms.
  • Maintain inventory levels by coordinating with internal teams and monitoring supply requirements.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliability and quality performance.
  • Track procurement budgets and support cost-control initiatives within the department.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational procurement policies and standards.
  • Support documentation, purchase order management, and vendor performance tracking.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to streamline procurement operations for improved efficiency.
