Experience : 8+ years

Focus : Driving enterprise-wide sourcing strategy, managing high-value and complex sourcing projects, leading teams.

Responsibilities :

• Define and lead global sourcing strategies aligned with corporate goals.
• Oversee multiple RFX events and supplier contract negotiations at a strategic level.
• Lead, mentor, and develop sourcing teams.
• Manage supplier risk, innovation, and long-term partnerships.
• Influence executive leadership on sourcing decisions and policies.
• Ensure procurement compliance and governance.
