Experience : 5-8 years of experience in NBFC / BFSI experience

Qualification : Graduation

Location : Chennai

Salary : 30k - 35k

Responsibilities

• In charge of the entire branch sales operations and administration
• Responsible for revenue generation and profitability of the branch.
• Ensure branch achieve the targets motivate and guide the team.
• New to branch customer acquisition building the Asset under management of the branch drivingsales of debentures insurance tour and travel products.
• Key custodian ensure quality clients are onboarded control NPAs.
• Conduct marketing and GTM activities along with team to garner market share.
• Market scoping understand the trends in the market and act accordingly
