▷ (Immediate Start) Production Support Engineer

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Experience :
• 3-4 years of experience in an application support, technical support.
• Prior experience in the banking, financial services, or lending industry is highly desirable.
• Technical Skills :
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in SQL for querying and analyzing data.
• Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server).
• Experience with a ticketing system like JIRA.
• Basic understanding of application logs and monitoring tools.
• Experience with integration technologies (SOAP / REST etc.)
• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Familiarity with version control tools (Git, GitHub / Bitbucket).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Solid understanding of InfoSec principles, secure coding practices, and vulnerability management.
• Experience with CI / CD pipelines and integrating security checks.
• Work closely with DevOps, QA, and InfoSec teams to ensure secure software delivery pipelines.
