Job description6- 9 years of experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter support or similar roles. Strong understanding of Guidewire PolicyCenter functionalities and architecture. Proficiency in Java, SQL, and Guidewire ClaimCenter integration. Experience with SQL databases, including performance tuning and query optimization. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Description :
We are seeking a Guidewire PolicyCenter Production Support professional with 6-9 years of experience to join our team in India.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive support for our Guidewire PolicyCenter applications, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Responsibilities :
- Provide production support for Guidewire PolicyCenter applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and ensure system reliability.
- Assist in the deployment of new releases and patches.
- Maintain documentation related to production support processes and issues.
