Job Title : Senior React Native Developer / Lead

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior React Native Developer / Lead with strong experience in building and leading cross-platform mobile app development projects. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in React Native, JavaScript / TypeScript , and should have successfully delivered multiple apps across iOS and Android. This role requires someone who can take ownership of mobile development, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
Lead end-to-end mobile app development projects from requirement gathering to deployment.
Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver scalable solutions.
Optimize app performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure best practices in mobile development.
Mentor and guide junior developers in coding standards, architecture, and best practices.
Stay updated with emerging technologies, frameworks, and industry trends.
Integrate third-party APIs, libraries, and native modules (iOS / Android).
Ensure apps meet high standards of UI / UX, performance, and security .

Required Skills & Experience

4–8 years of professional experience in mobile application development.

Strong hands-on expertise in React Native, JavaScript, TypeScript, Redux / MobX, Hooks .

Proven track record of delivering multiple cross-platform mobile apps (published apps preferred).

Experience with native iOS / Android development (Swift, Objective-C, Java, Kotlin) is a plus.

Strong knowledge of REST APIs, GraphQL, and backend integration.

Familiarity with mobile CI / CD pipelines (App Center, Fastlane, Bitrise, etc.).

Understanding of app store deployment processes (Google Play & App Store).

Strong problem-solving skills, debugging, and performance tuning experience.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Good to Have

Experience with React Native CLI, Expo, Firebase, Push Notifications, Analytics tools .

Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for mobile backend integration.

Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Trello, Confluence).

Prior experience in leading a small mobile development team.
