SEO Team Lead – Synex Technology (7+ Years Experience) Location : Gota, Ahmedabad | Full-time | On-site Experience : Minimum 7 Years Preferred : Experience working in Gulf countries and / or the tyre industry About the Role Synex Technology is looking for an experienced SEO Team Lead to drive our clients’ organic growth through effective, data-driven SEO strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing SEO initiatives that improve search rankings, boost traffic, and enhance online visibility. This role requires someone who combines strategic thinking, technical expertise, and strong leadership to deliver measurable results. What We Expect from You Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies across on-page, off-page, and technical areas. Collaborate with content teams to create optimized, keyword-rich content that aligns with client goals. Review and audit website content to ensure it meets quality standards, avoids AI-generated issues, and aligns with brand tone. Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits, addressing site structure, crawlability, and mobile optimization. Monitor performance metrics using tools like Google Search Console, Analytics, Ahrefs, and SEMrush to generate actionable insights. Build and maintain a strong link-building strategy to enhance domain authority. Handle local SEO tasks, including content optimization and accurate business listing setups. Act as the main SEO point of contact (SPOC) for clients, coordinating with developers and other internal teams for technical fixes. Deliver detailed performance reports with strategic recommendations for continuous improvement. Key Success Metrics Consistent month-over-month growth in organic traffic. Improved website conversions driven by SEO-optimized content and pages. High client satisfaction through transparent communication and tangible results. Timely identification and resolution of technical SEO issues. Achievement of strong uptime and website performance indicators. Skills & Expertise Advanced knowledge of SEO tools : Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, GTMetrix, and CrUX. Strong technical SEO skills (site speed, schema markup, crawl optimization, etc.). Proven experience in keyword strategy, on-page and off-page optimization, and link-building. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Excellent communication, time management, and leadership abilities. Preferred Experience Prior work experience in Gulf countries (UAE, KSA, Qatar, etc.).
