Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring for mid and senior roles across functions. (Non Tech)
• Build and manage a strong candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking.
• Screen, evaluate, and coordinate candidates through the interview process.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring priorities and deliver quickly.
• Ensure great candidate experience and consistent communication.
