Lead System Engineer / Service Delivery Manager / Sr. Service Delivery Manager - Production support

Job Description

• Should have 7+ years of experience, with previous experience in Production support Projects,Prior experience of Supporting Mobile applications will be an added advantage
• Flexible to work in 24X7 shifts
• Flexible to work from office 3-5days work week
• Ability to analyze system logs, error messages, and other data to identify patterns and trends and triage issues.
• Primary Hands On knowledge of SQL, ADF, ADLS (Basics skills., monitoring of batch processes, and troubleshooting required "OR" Good Hands on knowledge of ETL Tools (Ex Datastage, Informatica, Oracle Data integrator or SSIS ) SQL, PL SQL, Unix / Linux commands, monitoring of batch processes, and troubleshooting required.
• Secondary Knowledge of Spark SQL, Python, ADB notebook, Azure services would be an added advantage "OR" Knowledge of Azure Data Factory / Python / Databricks / ADB Notebook would be an added advantage.
• Working knowledge of ITSM tools and schedulers
• Understanding of any one of the scripting tools Perl / Python / UNIX Shell.
• Awareness of Support Process and best practices.
• Inform stakeholders in case of any failure or SLA miss. Involve the appropriate team to debug & fix the issue!
• Should have good written and verbal communication skills,
• Ability to work independently and work in a team in a collaborative fashion.
