Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager located in the Greater Coimbatore Area. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, handling loan disbursements, managing branch performance, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. The role also involves conducting market research to identify growth opportunities and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services, banking, or NBFC operations
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service and client relationship management skills
• Ability to achieve sales targets and handle loan disbursements
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and branch operations
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Proficiency in local language and understanding of regional market dynamics is a plus
