Job descriptionHas 1–3 years of experience in product, content, ops, research or a generalist role Has a strong bias for action Communicates clearly (written + visual) Is curious, organised, and loves fast-paced work Has experience in product design (desirable) User research & feedback synthesis Tech / tool comfort, for example (must be conversant with a couple of these) Notion, Airtable, Figma, Google Workspace, Canva, basic analytics tools Light design + social media writing Process building & ops coordination Data comfort + structured documentation
