Job Overview: As a Check-in & Boarding Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and hassle-free check-in and boarding process for our passengers. You will play a vital role in providing a positive first impression of our company and ensuring that our passengers have a comfortable and stress-free travel experience. Key Responsibilities: - Greet passengers with a warm and friendly demeanor, and assist them with their check-in process - Verify travel documents and ensure that all necessary information is accurately recorded - Assist passengers with baggage check-in and provide guidance on baggage allowances and restrictions - Handle any special requests or needs of passengers, such as wheelchair assistance or special meals - Coordinate with other departments, such as security and ground handling, to ensure a smooth and timely boarding process - Communicate any flight delays or changes to passengers and provide necessary assistance - Ensure the boarding process is conducted in an organized and efficient manner - Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner - Maintain a high level of knowledge about the airport, its facilities, and flight schedules - Follow all safety and security procedures to ensure the safety of passengers and their belongings - Assist in the training of new team members and provide support to colleagues when needed Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Proficiency in English and any other local language is a plus - Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays - Must be physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds We Offer: - Competitive salary and benefits package - Opportunities for growth and career development - A dynamic and supportive work environment - On-the-job training and continuous learning opportunities If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have a strong desire to work in the aviation industry, we would love to hear from you.
