Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant - Automation & AI Specialist

In this role, as Automation AI Specialist, he / she will be part of the Infra & Cloud Automation team working with cross-disciplinary Genpact and Digital Technology stakeholders to provide solutions.

Responsibilities

• .Developing software / automation based on requirements from business stakeholders
• .Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand functional requirements
• .Developing specifications, design document, and technical documentation
• .Basic knowledge of Orchestration, Generative AI and Agentic AI.
• .Keeping up to date on new technologies for application development
• .Communicating with other developers in the team to ensure that their work doesn%27t create any conflicts or problems with other parts of the project.
• .Ensuring that deadlines are met.
• .Ensuring there is no dependency on him / her.
• .Strong analytical skills
• .Basic knowledge of Network & Cloud
• .Follow Agile & log his / her work.
• .Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• .Excellent interpersonal skill
• .Understand, scale and manage Orchestrations
• .Develop analytics within well-defined projects to address stakeholders needs and opportunities.
• .Work in technical teams in development, deployment, and application of applied analytics, predictive analytics, and prescriptive analytics.
• .Work with team on different projects parallelly.
• .Generate reports using database on Power BI / Fabric.
• .Share and discuss findings with team members.
