Alive Wellness Clinics is one of Delhis leading skin and wellness clinic chains, focusing on clinical dermatology and aesthetic treatments.

We run 10 clinics across Delhi NCR.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Marketing Head to help us take Alive Wellness Clinics to the next level.

Job Overview :

We are looking for someone who can think and execute both.

Someone who is not just making plans but also knows how to get them done with the team.

You will be the one driving our full marketing setup managing the team, the agencies, the call center operations, and making sure our brand is growing every single day.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the marketing team (digital, design, social media, call center, etc.
• Create and drive marketing campaigns (online + offline) focused on lead generation and brand building.
• Handle social media marketing, performance marketing, and PR activities.
• Oversee call center performance to ensure proper lead handling and conversions.
• Plan and supervise content marketing and communication strategies.
• Build partnerships and collaborations to promote the brand.
• Coordinate with the clinic heads and sales teams to align marketing and business goals.
• Track, measure, and report on marketing performance and ROI.
