Role Overview :

We are seeking a creative, hands-on Growth Hacker to own and drive our customer acquisition and lead generation strategies with minimal spends. The ideal candidate will combine analytical thinking with creative flair, leveraging unconventional channels, innovative campaign ideas, and full-funnel execution to deliver measurable growth. This is a role for a builder - someone eager to experiment, learn fast, and scale successes. This is a leadership role / self starter role, this will be a small swat team, perhaps 3-4 folks spanning, strategy, design / video, systems / ads, technology.

• Develop and execute low-cost, high-impact ideas to drive lead generation and user acquisition.
• Identify and test creative growth channels — from social media and communities to partnerships and content experiments.
• Conceptualize campaign slogans, taglines, and storytelling concepts that position the brand engagingly.
• Set up and manage ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) and optimize for performance.
• Monitor performance analytics, perform A / B testing, and iterate campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate across marketing, design, and tech teams to align growth initiatives with business objectives.
• Take ownership of campaigns end-to-end — from ideation to results.
• Stay ahead of digital trends, tools, and emerging channels to fuel continual innovation.
