[Urgent] Senior Recruiter

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Recruiter with 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building strong stakeholder relationships, and can strategically source and close top talent across diverse functions. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment strategies, managing multiple requisitions, and delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, through to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Proactively source passive talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and other innovative methods.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
• Ensure data accuracy in ATS and provide regular reporting / updates to stakeholders.
• Drive diversity hiring initiatives and implement best practices in inclusive recruitment.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights and salary benchmarking.
