• This role requires a design leader who can align business objectives with user needs, turning insights into elegant, intuitive, and scalable digital experiences.
• You will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end design processowning discovery, research, ideation, prototyping, and user testing.
• Your ability to lead design thinking sessions, drive consistency across product lines, and mentor other designers will be critical to our product success.
• The ideal candidate is not only hands-on but also comfortable working cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to shape product direction.
