Job description4-6 Years of experience in Unsecured Loans. Should be efficient in Team Management Candidates with Personal Loan and Business Loans experience will be preferred Collections experience in banks / large NBFCs is preferred
Roles and Responsibilities : -
- Responsible for managing and undertaking collections process for debts that have been allocated
- Will be responsible to keep a track of the portfolio for specific buckets for the assigned area
- To ensure collection process and legal guidelines are adhered
- To maintain data for administrative work related to collection such as updating delinquent account history providing and maintaining MIS report reviewing of collection feedback on daily Weekly & Monthly basis etc. desired candidate profile
- Management of overall business operations & coordinate with various departments and teams to ensure delivery of business goals.
- Audit review & document collections policies strategies & practices
- Designing calling strategy and dialler management for collection process.
