If you're detail-driven, highly organized, and confident in leading AP processes, we’d love to connect!Position Overview : Role : AP Lead – US AccountingLocation : On-site | Vadodara, Gujarat️ Work Type : Full-time | On-siteShift : US Shift (6 : 00 PM – 3 : 00 AM IST)Working Days : Monday to FridayWhat You’ll Do : Oversee and manage the entire AP process for US-based clientsReview and process vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliationsEnsure timely and accurate processing in line with US accounting standardsCoordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve discrepanciesMonitor AP aging reports and handle escalationsTrain and support junior AP staff as needed✅ Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CA Inter preferred)3–5 years of relevant experience in US AP operationsStrong hands-on skills in Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, etc.)Familiarity with Stampli and Sage Intacct is a plusExcellent communication and team leadership abilitiesComfortable working in a fast-paced, night shift environment⚠️ Only local candidates will be considered.
