Job descriptionWe actively depute our dermatologists to participate in Global and Domestic conferences, workshops, and Master Classes to ensure that they stay updated with the latest Advancements and Technologies. Internal training programs are conducted regularly bringing in the best Talents available in Dermatology and Regenerative Therapies. Regular case discussions, clinical audits, and journal clubs foster a strong academic and practical learning culture. In-house Research & Development (R&D) division utilizes the services of the Dermatologists in the Development of New Treatment Protocols based on regenerative medicine, advanced energy devices, Genetic Engineering and Bio-technology. The Company encourages Paper Presentations and Journal publications on behalf of the company by providing monetary support in the form of OD Compensations, Travel and Accommodation Allowances, Conference Enrollment Fee, Journal Publication Charges etc.,
Core Clinical Responsibilities :
- Dermatologists will play a Pivotal role in diagnosing and managing Various Dermatological & Trichological conditions with utmost precision utilizing various advanced Diagnostic Techniques and Treatment Procedures.
- Dermatologists will perform Hair Transplants including the In-House developed Activated Follicular Transplant 2.0 (AFT 2.0)
- They will perform a wide range of regenerative therapies for hair and skin (PRP, GFC, exosomes, stem cell therapies).
- They will deliver Advanced Treatments utilizing approved energy devices like lasers, RF, IPL, HIFU, MNRF, Plasma Pen etc.,
- They will deliver treatments based on injectables like Botox, Fillers, Threads and PDRN.
- They will actively participate in the In-House treatment developments and clinical trials.
