We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized PMS Operations Executive to join our company. As a PMS Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing the operational aspects of our portfolio management services. You will work closely with various teams to ensure the seamless execution of investment operations, client onboarding, trade settlement, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities :

1. Trade Settlement : Work closely with brokers, custodians, and fund administrators to ensure timely and accurate settlement of trades. Monitor trade confirmations, resolve any discrepancies, and follow up on failed trades. Maintain proper records of trade settlements and reconciliation.

2. Rebalancing and Cash Management : Collaborate with the portfolio management team to implement portfolio rebalancing strategies and manage cash flows. Ensure accurate cash projections, timely fund transfers, and efficient allocation of funds across client portfolios.

3. Performance Reporting : Generate and distribute performance reports to clients, providing accurate and detailed information on portfolio performance, asset allocation, and transaction history. Coordinate with the portfolio management team to gather necessary data and ensure report accuracy.

4. Compliance and Risk Management : Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies related to portfolio management operations. Assist in conducting periodic compliance reviews, identifying any gaps, and implementing corrective measures. Monitor operational risk factors and contribute to risk management efforts.

5. Data Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and portfolio data in the system. Perform regular data validation and reconciliation to ensure data integrity. Collaborate with the technology team to enhance data management processes and systems.

6. Process Improvement : Identify opportunities to streamline and automate operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce errors. Propose and implement process enhancements, leveraging technology and best practices.

7. Relationship Management : Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including portfolio managers, sales, and compliance teams, to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction. Provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements :

• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Additional certifications or qualifications in operations or finance would be a plus.
• Experience : Minimum of 2+ years of experience in portfolio management operations, wealth management, or a similar role within the financial services industry.
• Knowledge : Familiarity with investment products, portfolio management processes, trade settlement, BSE Star and regulatory requirements in the wealth management industry. Proficiency in using Wealth management and MS Excel.
• Attention to Detail : Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting. Ability to spot discrepancies and resolve issues proactively.
• Communication Skills : Ability to effectively communicate with internal teams, clients, brokers, and custodians.
• Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights to support decision-making.
