Job descriptionAnalyze business requirements and translate them into detailed test scenarios and cases. Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases. (EggPlant / Selenium). Build, enhance, and maintain automation scripts using EggPlant (Selenium experience is an added advantage). Work with CI / CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub) to integrate automated tests. Effectively handle production support tickets and ensure timely resolution. Perform API testing using tools such as Postman. Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders throughout the SDLC. Utilize bug-tracking tools like JIRA for defect reporting and tracking. Manage and maintain test cases using tools such as qTest. Conduct thorough testing for both mobile and web applications.
