Senior Compliance Manager

Job descriptionEnsure adherence to statutory laws : ESI, EPF, Gratuity, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act, etc. Lead payroll compliance – attendance, leave, and wage-related data coordination. Manage statutory inspections, audits, and documentation with external agencies. Oversee facility & vendor management – AMC contracts, repair, maintenance, housekeeping, security, and utilities. Maintain compliance registers & statutory records (PF / ESIC inspections, Maternity, Accident, Advance, Fine Registers, etc.). Ensure safe, clean, and compliant workplace environment (factory staff & office). Support employee onboarding, induction, and record-keeping . Collaborate with internal stakeholders (HR, Finance, IT, Admin). Drive continuous improvement in HR compliance systems and processes. Graduate / MBA (HR / Finance). 6–8 years of HR compliance & statutory experience (preferably in factory / plant operations). Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll compliance, and factory regulations . Experience in vendor & facility management . Strong leadership, negotiation, and coordination skills. Ethical, proactive, and result-driven.

- Act as a bridge between management, employees, and regulatory bodies .
