Job Summary :
Responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-in and check-out, handling bookings, and providing information about the hotel and nearby areas. Ensures guests have a pleasant and comfortable stay.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Handle check-in, check-out, and room reservations.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for guest needs.
- Maintain guest records and process payments.
- Resolve guest issues politely and efficiently.
- Keep the reception area neat and presentable.
Requirements :
Good communication and customer service skills.Basic computer knowledge.Pleasant personality and professional appearance.Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.Job Type : Full-time
