SCCM Management :

Install, configure, and maintain SCCM infrastructure.

Develop and deploy software packages, updates, and patches using SCCM.

Monitor SCCM system health and troubleshoot issues.

Create and manage task sequences for OS deployment.

Generate and analyze reports related to software deployments and compliance.

Intune Management :

Administer and support Microsoft Intune for mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM).

Implement policies and configurations for mobile devices.

Ensure security compliance for all mobile devices through Intune.

Troubleshoot Intune-related issues and provide support for end-users.

Device and Software Management :

Manage and maintain Windows 10 / 11 and other client operating systems.
