- Customer Engagement
- Customer Retention : Positive Customer engagement to safeguard potential churn threats & retention of customers who have shared a cancellation request.
- Basic excel skills to ensure various customer matrix mapping which can be utilised in designing predictive churn programs
- To capture detailed VOC / Customer expectations / pain areas and provide regular feedback to cross-functional teams for enhanced customer experience and life cycle mgmt.
- To ensure quality retentions - Customers retained to remain active in the system.
- To closely coordinate with cross functional teams such as sales / network operations / Field Team for improved retentions
- Effective utilisation of Retention Tools - to ensure judicious use of available Retention tools.
