About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us build and grow our sales pipeline. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers—engaging with leads, creating meaningful conversations, and generating qualified opportunities for our sales team.
What You’ll Do
- Qualify assigned leads from multiple channels (marketing campaigns, events, website, etc.) within defined SLAs.
- Personalize outreach via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls based on lead source and persona.
- Run targeted outreach campaigns to generate new leads and opportunities.
- Book qualified meetings for the sales team and share contextual insights to support conversions.
- Provide relevant lead intel — prospect needs, pain points, and engagement history.
- Nurture prospects to maintain a strong, healthy pipeline and achieve growth targets.
What We’re Looking For
4–8 years of experience in SDR, inside sales, or lead / demand generation.Prior experience in B2B SaaS is mandatory.Experience in HCM / HRMS domain is preferred.Strong skills in cold calling, lead qualification, and meeting booking.Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and sales engagement tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is an advantage.
