About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR & Admin Manager to lead our Human Resources and Administrative operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment employee relations performance management and general administrative functions.
You will play a key role in ensuring smooth business operations and maintaining a positive work environment across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resource Management
Manage end-to-end recruitment process sourcing interviewing and onboarding employees.
Develop and implement HR policies procedures and employee handbooks.
Maintain employee records and ensure statutory compliance (EPF ESI Gratuity etc.).
Handle employee grievances disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
Design and manage performance appraisal systems and KPIs.
Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
Manage payroll processing and leave management system.
Foster a positive organizational culture and encourage teamwork.
Administrative Management
Oversee office administration housekeeping and facility management.
Monitor vendor contracts service providers and office supplies.
Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of all departments.
Manage company assets attendance systems and security operations.
Plan and manage official meetings events and company functions.
Coordinate with management for policy implementation and compliance.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company data.
Required Skills
Excellent knowledge of HR functions labor laws and compliance regulations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office HRMS or ERP systems .
Leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure.
Attention to detail and high level of integrity.
Educational Qualification
Bachelors or Masters Degree in Human Resource Management Business Administration or Commerce.
MBA in HR or related specialization will be an added advantage.
Preferred Experience
310 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
Experience in handling medium to large teams preferred.
Exposure to recruitment payroll and compliance management.
