Key Responsibilities :
Strategic HR Leadership :
- Develop and execute the HR strategy in line with the company's rapid growth plan
- Build and lead the HR team across Recruitment, Engagement, Admin, Payroll, and Compliance
- Serve as a strategic HRBP to the Founder and leadership team
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding :
Drive hiring across departments; build a strong pipeline of skilled professionalsHave internal sourcing capabilitiesEnsure quality Onboarding, Induction, and seamless integration for new hiresPerformance Management & Training :
Design and implement a robust PMS system aligned with department-wise KRAsIntroduce quarterly goal setting, feedback loops, and appraisal processesRoll out training calendar - technical, behavioural, and leadership modulesHR Operations & Compliance :
Manage statutory compliance - PF, ESIC, Shops & Establishments, POSH, etc.Implement and maintain HRMS and digitized payroll processesOversee employee documentation, policies, and internal audit readinessEmployee Relations & Engagement :
Build a culture of openness, transparency, and accountabilityAddress grievances, conduct exit interviews, and maintain retention metricsPlan employee engagement activities with clear impact KPIsOrg Development & Culture :
Draft org structure, JD / KRAs, and competency maps for all functionsLead culture alignment initiatives with FoundersRun internal communication and rewards strategyHR Analytics & People Insights :
Develop and maintain HR dashboards to track key metrics such as attrition, hiring TAT, offer-to-join ratio, absenteeism, and headcount trendsPerform predictive attrition analysis to flag potential employee churn and advise retention interventionsConduct recruitment funnel analytics to improve sourcing effectiveness, cost-per-hire, and selection ratiosAnalyse PMS outcomes and correlate with training, engagement, and performance trendsPrepare quarterly HR review reports for management decision-makingLeverage tools like Excel / Google Sheets, HRMS dashboards, and survey data to generate actionable people insightsAdministration of ALL BRANCHES :
Manage day-to-day administration functions including housekeeping, pantry, courier, travel, office maintenance, and vendor coordinationManage office infrastructure, lease documentation, and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standardsOversee travel bookings, event arrangements, petty cash, and admin expense trackingCoordinate with vendors for facility management, insurance, and AMC servicesReview and approve admin reports and MIS submitted by the Admin AssistantEnsure cost-effective and smooth functioning of all administrative operationsKey Requirements :
Minimum 10-12 years of HR experience, with at least 4+ years in a leadership roleMasters in HRIndustry : Preference for candidates from HVAC, EPC, MEP, Infra, Construction, Real Estate.Must have led a team of 3-5 HR membersProficient in ADVANCE Excel, POWER-BI and FINANCIAL MODELINGStrong command over PMS, HRMS, and basic Indian labour law complianceEXCELLENT LEADERSHIP, MATURITY, and people management skillsAbility to work closely with Founders and CXOsAgile, Multi-tasking, Flexible and Goal oriented.What You'll Get :
