Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Property Accountant to join our growing finance team at Ahmedabad location. This role will support the Property Accounting function by assisting with day-to-day accounting operations and ensuring accurate financial reporting across our property portfolio. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in property accounting using ResMan software and a strong enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities :

Assist in maintaining financial records for a portfolio of 5–8 properties.

Support accounts payable activities, including invoice tracking and coordination with AP specialists.

Help review and reconcile monthly bank statements.

Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and owner-specific Excel schedules.

Record and maintain journal entries including accruals, reclasses, and allocations.

Support monthly and year-end closing processes.

Monitor and report on property cash balances.

Assist with generating and distributing month-end and year-end reports.

Maintain organized accounting files and documentation.

Reconcile subsidiary ledgers with the general ledger monthly.

Process miscellaneous deposits and monitor intercompany accounts.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 3 year of experience in accounting, preferably in property or real estate accounting.

Strong working knowledge of ResMan with a proven track record of at least 2 years in property accounting systems.

Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
