You'll play a key role in building our team, managing data through our HRMS platform, and helping create a positive employee experience. What You'll Do Manage the end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews Build a strong candidate pipeline through job portals, vendors, consultants, and college placements Maintain recruitment data via our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Support onboarding, employee data management, and documentation on Assist in basic payroll and compliance activities Help with employee engagement and grievance handling Contribute to performance evaluation and improvement programs What We're Looking For 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations Experience with any ATS or HRMS tools is an added advantage Strong communication skills in English and Hindi Excellent coordination and multitasking abilities Positive, proactive, and team-oriented attitude Ready to Join Us?
