Engagement Crew – Engagement Specialist (CE Process)
Location : Remote | ⌛ Type : Full-time / Part-time
Are you the kind of person who can keep the energy alive? As an Engagement Specialist in our CE process, your mission is simple – make sure job-offered candidates stay hyped till they join. No ghosting, no last-minute jitters, just pure excitement.
✨ What You’ll Do :
- Be the go-to person for offered candidates – check in, keep them motivated, and answer queries.
- Collect feedback and flag issues before they turn into roadblocks.
- Regular follow-ups (weekly touchpoints = zero dropouts).
- Hit daily engagement targets and smash your goals like a pro.
