Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful professional to join our Employee Engagement (Talent Management) team in Hyderabad. The role focuses on planning and executing engagement activities that strengthen employee experience and promote work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Drive and implement day-to-day employee engagement activities and events.
- Plan and organize firmwide initiatives such as happy hours, celebrations, internal sports tournaments, and wellness programs.
- Maintain internal records for events, contracts, invoices, feedback, and budget trackers.
- Liaise with vendors, evaluate event proposals, forecast expenses, and conduct cost-benefit analysis.
- Stay updated on the latest engagement trends and recommend innovative practices to enhance employee participation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of engagement programs.
Requirements :
Graduate degree with 1–2 years of relevant experience in HR, employee engagement, or event management.Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.Excellent communication and coordination abilities with high attention to detail.Creative mindset, proactive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.Proficiency in MS Office tools.Experience in HR or corporate events is preferred.We encourage professionals with relevant experience who are looking to restart their careers to apply for this opportunity.
